Coaching and Strategic Workshops
Coaching is a vital part of successful change management, it can take away many of the reasons for resistance and build support for the change throughout the organisation. Therefore coaching is a very important part of our implementation plan so we can ensure that TRANSPARANT will be successfully accepted and used throughout every organisation.
To put it in the words of John F Kennedy : “Change is the law of life.” and “Those who look only to the past or present are certain to miss the future.”
Since TRANPARANT aims to re-shape an organisation from old-school management to a future-proof organisation with 2-way communication and employee involvement, we will put a heavy focus on making sure that the Executive management is aboard and really sponsoring the effort.
In addition we will organise strategic workshops on Mission and Vision and on Strategic goals setting.
Change management needs thoughtful planning and a sensitive implementation, and above all, consultation with, and involvement of, the people affected by the changes.
Not only will we facilitate workshops for all middle management employees, a series of coach-the-coach workshops will train them to address all issues their employees might face with the change.
‘Selling’ change to people is not a lasting strategy for success. When employees listen to senior management ‘selling’ them a change, without being consulted or involved, they often feel manipulated. They think the change will only benefit their management and therefor they resist and obstruct the change.
Instead, change needs to be understood and managed in a way that people can cope effectively with it.
In addition to the coach the coach workshops to middle management, we will organise personal coaching sessions to guide your employees through a successful change !
